Registration Fee

There are seven different levels of registration fee.

Full delegate

  • Participants affiliated with Ukrainian institutions pay 300 EUR.
  • Only ONE paper is accepted.
Full delegate
(two papers) 		600 EUR 600 EUR
Non-speaker participant 400 EUR 400 EUR
  • Participants from the industry and higher education institutions can be accepted for participation as listeners.
Student 300 EUR 300 EUR
  • The student ID must be submitted along with a recommendation letter from the supervisor.
  • Only ONE paper is accepted.
Participation in Industry Talks 500 EUR 500 EUR
  • Participants from the industry can be accepted for participation as speakers with presentations.
Accompanying person 250 EUR 250 EUR
  • Please note that a maximum of ONE accompanying person per registered participant can be accepted.
  • It covers participation in the Social program and Gala Dinner.
Online participation 6000 UAH 300 EUR
  • Participants affiliated with Ukrainian institutions pay 6000 UAH.

  • Please note that a maximum of ONE accompanying person per registered participant can be accepted.
  • It covers participation in the Social program and Gala Dinner.
Online participation

Participants from Ukraine: 6000 UAH

Foreign Participants: 300 EUR

  • Participants affiliated with Ukrainian institutions pay 6000 UAH.

For all accepted papers, the registration fee must be paid before the deadline (June 30, 2026). Please note that your paper will be removed from the proceedings if the registration fee is not received by the deadline. Additionally, the paid registration fee is non-refundable if you are unable to participate in the conference.

Payment methods will be announced  June 20, 2026 (23:59 Kyiv time). The registration fee for Ukrainian participants must be paid in UAH, according to the exchange rate on the day of payment.

REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT COVER:

  • accommodation cost;
  • travel expenses;
  • bank transfer charges.
